Is my information secure?
Absolutely! All the information between your computer and our servers is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SmartCall will not share any personal information we receive with any outside party ever.
I have several email addresses, which one should I give you?
Give us the one you check most frequently. The PIN you need to start using SmartCall, is emailed to the email address you provide.
When can I start using my minutes?
As soon as we receive your payment, we email your PIN to the email address you provided. You can start using all the features of SmartCall right away.
Why do I keep getting an «AVS mismatch» error?
An «AVS mismatch» (Address Verification) occurs when your address cannot be verified with the records of your financial institution. Check over your address to make sure all the information is correct. If it is and you still get the message, contact your financial institution.
